General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between the 1bdt platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to all services, games, betting options, and promotional activities offered by 1bdt.

1bdt provides a safe, fast, and transparent online gaming environment for users in Bangladesh. Our platform includes casino games, slots, fishing games, cricket betting, and other entertainment services.

Eligibility and Registration

Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your 1bdt account. The following must be strictly observed:

• Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Contact support directly to make any changes to your account details.
• 1bdt will not be liable for any losses resulting from third-party access to your account.

Transferring, selling, or otherwise giving your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

1bdt ensures fast and secure transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods.

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.

Minimum amounts:

• Deposit: minimum ৳500 per method.
• Withdrawal: minimum ৳800.

Withdrawal timeframe: Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, additional time may be required if a verification process is ongoing or for unusually large amounts.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

1bdt offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. These bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times (10x) the bonus amount.
• Example: depositing ৳2,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus; to withdraw, you must wager 10 times the total (deposit + bonus), i.e. ৳4,000 × 10 = ৳40,000.

General terms for bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be closed.
• 1bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the 1bdt platform are conducted fairly and transparently. We work with reliable software providers to ensure fair play.

Gaming rules:

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to win games is prohibited.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs is prohibited; if you encounter such an issue, notify support immediately.
• In live casino games, you must follow the dealer's instructions.
• 1bdt will not be liable if a bet is not processed in cricket betting due to a technical issue.

In any game-related dispute, the records stored in 1bdt's system will be considered final.

VIP Program and Cashback

1bdt's five-tier VIP program provides special benefits to regular members. Weekly cashback is awarded at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% cashback per week.

VIP tier upgrades depend on your activity and contributions. 1bdt reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time. VIP cashback has no wagering requirement — it is added directly to your balance.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be considered serious violations of these Terms:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Creating multiple accounts or maintaining more than one account operated by the same person.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Fraudulently exploiting the bonus system (bonus arbitrage).
• Hacking, scamming, or any other form of technical manipulation.
• Allowing anyone under 18 to access an account or playing on their behalf.
• Any comments or actions that damage the reputation of the platform.

If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all associated funds may be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming

• Do not place additional bets trying to recover losses.

1bdt may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Instructions from legal authorities.
• Failure to verify identity.
• At the member's own request (as part of responsible gaming).

Before an account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw legitimate funds, unless the funds need to be frozen during an investigation.

Dispute Resolution
